Community Divisions in Education-Impact on Teacher Careers
PhD candidate, Matt Milliken is currently investigating ways in which community divisions in education within Northern Ireland impact upon teachers' careers. As part of his research he has produced an online survey which will only take 2-3 minutes to complete.
He would like to invite as many teachers as possible to complete the survey below:
I am investigating the ways in which the community divisions in education impact upon teachers careers. My research involves both quantitative elements (to determine the profile of the whole of the teaching workforce) and a series of qualitative interviews to gain an in-depth insight into the experiences of those teachers who have crossed between sectors.
I launched the quantitative element of my PhD research a couple of weeks ago. It is an on-line survey that takes only 2-3 minutes to complete and will be available until the Christmas holidays. In order to maximise the reliability and potential impact of the research it is essential that the survey is completed by as many teachers as possible.
I am therefore asking you to complete the survey AND to share it with your colleagues and to actively encourage them to complete it.
The survey is available through a link on my website: www.mattmilliken.eu
