Carecall Counselling Services

New arrangements are being introduced across all boards in respect of the confidential and independent counselling service available to members of staff in controlled nursery, promary, post-primary and special schools, Loughshore ERC, School of Music, Peripatetic Service and Link Centre.

With effect from 1 June 2011 this independent support service will be provided through accredited counsellors in Carecall who can be contacted at anytime (24/7, 365 days a year) on 0808 800 0002.
