Members' Queryline
The Members' Queryline operates from 9:00 - 1:00pm and 2:00 - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday.
Queries are dealt with as soon as possible. However, queries received after 3.30 pm may not be dealt with until the following day.
Urgent queries only are taken on Fridays. Urgent queries are defined as allegations of child abuse, immediate threat of suspension and/or dismissal of a teacher, assault on a teacher or bereavement.
This is to facilitate dealing with the management of correspondence / emails and the provision of a dedicated service for Branch and District Officers.
General Calls
General telephone queries are taken from 9:00 - 1:00pm and 2:00 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
