Important notice re May Ballot – finalisation of voting register
A ballot on industrial action is to take place at Branch meetings between Monday 13th and Thursday 16th May 2013.
The register of INTO members eligible to vote in this ballot was finalised at close of business Wednesday 24th April. Teachers who joined the INTO by this date are on the register and are eligible to vote in the May ballot.
Teachers who join the INTO from 25th April onwards are not in time to be placed on this register and will not be eligible to vote in the May ballot. They will, however, be eligible to vote in any subsequent election/ballot as a new register is prepared on each occasion.
(Available for permanent, fixed-term or substitute teachers. Please note that substitute membership, if taken out now, will lapse on 31st August 2013 as substitute membership runs from 1st September to 31st August every year and is always due for renewal in September.)
