Congress App
Annual Congress 2011: Mobile Application
A mobile application has been developed for use by the delegates at Congress. This app has been developed to give you information in relation to INTO Annual Congress and will also allow you to:
- view the Congress agenda, public motions, amendments and Addenda Part 1;
- navigate your way to Congress using the location and maps section;
- check the app for Congress resolutions, press releases and speeches;
- connect with friends; and
- receive reminders of key events and news alerts during Congress.
We hope you enjoy Congress and find the app useful during the event.
The application is available for both iPhone/iPad and Android phones.
Please follow the instructions below for your phone to download the free application.
iPhone/iPad
- Go to the "App store" application on your iPhone.
- Search for "into congress" (click here for direct link)
- Click on the INTO application in the results.
- Click where it says "Free".
- Click where it says "Install".
- You may be prompted for your AppleID. Please enter it if prompted and press OK.
- Press on "OK".
- Your item will be downloaded.
- When it is downloaded you can access the app from the main application listing.
- When the application is opened you will be asked to register your name and email address.
Android
- Go to the "Market" application on your phone.
- Search for "into congress". (click here for direct link)
- Click on the INTO application in the results.
- Click where it says "Install Free".
- Press on "OK".
- Your item will be downloaded.
- When it is downloaded you can access the app from the main application listing.
- When the application is opened you will be asked to register your name and email address.
General Instructions
During Congress, updates will be made to the content in the app.
You will be notified in the "Downloads" are and can accept the updates:
Alerts will be issued via the "Alerts" option and via Twitter. Again you will be notified if there are any Alerts.
