Consultation on Curriculum Structure and Time Allocation

Ways for members to engage:

1. INTO Consultation meeting

To provide a forum for members to discuss proposals on time and structure in the curriculum, the INTO will hold a number of consultation meetings around the country. These meetings are being arranged at District level. Further details and meetings will be added as we are notified.

2. If you are unable to attend a District meeting, you can email your views on structure and time in the primary curriculum to education@into.ie by Monday 10th April 2017.

Members' views will inform INTO’s discussions with NCCA regarding future developments in the area of structure and time in the primary curriculum.

In addition to the District consultation meetings, the INTO proposes to hold a Saturday seminar in the Clayton Hotel, Galway on 8 April from 10am-1pm. This consultation seminar is open to teachers in the West of Ireland, and does require pre-registration, which can be done through the link below:
