3 Day Newly Appointed Principals Summer Course

The INTO is running three 3 day summer courses for newly appointed principals in Navan, Tipperary and Carrick on Shannon Education Centres. The courses run from Monday 23rd – Wednesday 25th August inclusive and secure 3 EPV days.

This course aims at equipping newly appointed principals, 10th Sept, in the basics of the role of principal. The course will explore the administrative role of the principal, the legal role and the role of people/team management. Communication, delegation and interpersonal relationships will also be explored. Note: this is a 3 day/20 hour course awarding 3 EPV days.
