Considering Retiring this December?

In the course of his budget speech last December, the Minister for Finance, Brian Lenihan TD, announced that public servants, including teachers who retired in the course of 2010, would have their pension and lumpsums calculated on the 2009 salary scales (i.e. salary levels prior to the pay cut).
