Closure of DES Payroll

The DES have informed the INTO that due to the application of new software on the Primary and NTS payrolls it is necessary to close both payrolls on Friday 28th October 2011 instead of Monday 31st October 2011.
NQTs Possible Equality Challenge

Pay scales for new entrants in 2011 were cut by 12-14%. INTO has taken advice on a possible challenge, under equality law, to this unfair treatment.
