School Transport Grant

Remote Area Grant

Pupils are eligible for this grant who live in remote areas and where a school transport service does not operate. Application is made by the parent to the DES and the grant payable is dependent on the distance from home to school. A statement of attendance at school is required and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Medical Grant

Payable for pupils who cannot travel via normal school transport due to medical reasons. Application is made by the parent to the DES and verification of the medical condition may be required.
