Retuning Me! Course

This 5 week face-to-face course will focus on providing practical techniques to reduce stress and achieve a better work/life balance. In particular, it will use two way meridian tapping. It will discuss how our subconscious thinking plays in our overall health and well-being and make some links between lifestyle choices and wellness outcomes. These techniques and discussion will support you in making a practical wellness plan that will enhance your wellness and work/life balance. Take a look at the Retuning Me! course brochure.

The course will be held in the INTO Learning Centre, 38 Parnell Square, Dublin 1 from 4.30 – 6pm on the following dates:

  • Thursday 6th February
  • Thursday 13th February
  • Thursday 20th February
  • Thursday 27th February
  • Thursday 5th March

Tea/coffee will be available from 4.15pm.
