The Department of Education and Skills has published an update on the supplementary panels. These panels are now in operation for:
Catholic Dioceses: All areas with the exception of the Dioceses of Clogher, Cork, Killaloe, Tuam and Raphoe
Church of Ireland: All areas
Educate Together: All areas
An Foras Patrúnachta: All areas with the exception of county Donegal

INTO has created a guide to making appointments from the supplementary panels for teachers and principals.
In addition, schools in the areas above may also proceed to fill their fixed term vacancies, in accordance with the normal recruitment processes, as set out in Appendix D of the Governance Manual for Primary Schools, and Circular 23/2015 (pdf).
