NITC support the introduction of the new NISTR system and endorse all the work done by the team over the last year. Undoubtably there have been issues with a system involving hundreds of schools and thousands of supply teachers. Unions have been consulted on the development of the project from its early stages.

Additional training dates will be made available in coming weeks to support Schools and Teachers. FAQ section on the NISTR page may help with issues as well.
If you have any issues please contact the NISTR team directly and in this way the glitches can be rectified immediately. Please use the forms link below for any issue reports.
This form must be used for retrospective bookings as well. No other agency can update the system for you. Please check junk mail folders for follow up emails from NISTR and ensure school side also completes the booking once live on system. This needs to be checked and completed by the schools for this payroll period before 1pm on Monday 5th September.
The NITC will continue to monitor the progress on this matter on a weekly basis.
