Membership Service Works and Query Response Issues

INTO is currently undertaking a major project to update our membership database.

This project, when complete, will improve the service that we offer to our members. However, during the months of May and June 2019 there will be delays in responding to member queries as staff are engaged in detailed design and intensive training work for the new system. We will try to keep these delays to a minimum and will use all available resources to do this.

We ask members to bear with us while we undertake this work and look forward to resuming full service (23,000 queries/cases handled last year), including improved data handling from July onwards.
