INTO has recently received from Irish Life (as plan Trustees) the Trustees’ Annual Report (for year ended 31 March 2019) of the INTO AVC plan. This will be of interest to those members who hold additional voluntary contributions (AVCs) under the scheme.
Some key statistics of the plan include:
- There are over 16,000 teachers who hold AVCs under the plan.
- Net assets at 31 March 2019 stood at over €463 million.
- The Annual Report includes sections such as general plan information, an investment report, a report of the Independent auditor and the fund account.
