Online Ballot on Proposed Pay Agreement – Call for all members’ email addresses

An online ballot will soon be conducted on the proposed pay agreement ‘Building Momentum, 2021-2022’. Voting will take place from 3-9 February.

In advance of this ballot, it is essential that the INTO has the email contact details of every member as voting will take place via email.

The INTO currently holds email addresses of over 80% of members. We are now actively seeking email addresses (or updated email addresses) from any member whose details we do not have.

If you regularly receive email updates (e.g. the Tuesday e-newsletter) from the INTO, we have your details and you will receive your online vote.

If you are not receiving INTO emails, you should contact us as soon as possible. If a member needs to provide us with an updated email address, please email Please include:

  • Member name
  • Payroll number (unique identifier)
  • School roll number (if you hold a permanent or temporary post)
  • Preferred email address for ballot vote.

We are asking all branch officers and staff representatives to help us with this effort and ask members in your locality if they are currently receiving INTO emails.

The deadline for receipt of email addresses is this Friday, 29 January 2021 at 5pm.
