Over the month of May, the INTO held a roadshow of powerful, Happy Hormone seminars in Galway, Cork and Dublin to answer members’ questions around periods, fertility, pelvic health and menopause.
The seminars were hosted by Gráinne Seoige, featuring a panel of highly regarded experts:

- Dr Caoimhe Hartley – GP Specialist, Menopause Health
- Laura Ward – Women’s Health Physiotherapist
- Catherine O’Keeffe – Menopause Workplace Consultant.
Hundreds of INTO members registered. The feedback was incredible*:

- 97% said they felt more confident to talk more openly about periods, fertility and menopause after the seminar.
- 99% said the seminar/webinar was a valuable added benefit of being in the INTO and the Salary Protection Scheme.

It was proudly sponsored the Salary Protection Scheme for members of the INTO, many of whom are female. The Scheme supports members who become ill or injured and are unable to work.
