Pay increases under Review of Building Momentum are being received by members in salary issued today.
The increases which apply from 1 October include the following:
- A 1.5% increase or €750, whichever is greater, to all scale points
- A 1.5% increase to all allowances including qualification and promoted posts
Members should note that the increases received today reflect changes for 9 of the 14 days in the pay period (5 days are at the pre-1 October rate).
The full effect of the increase will be reflected in the next payslip on 26 October.
The percentage increases have also been applied to hourly and daily rates of pay.

Negotiations in respect of a longer-term agreement, from January 2024, are expected to commence next month.
