Pay increases
The first of the pay increases under the Public Service Agreement 2024-2026 are being received by members in salary issued today. The increase includes the following:
- A 2.25% increase or €1,125, whichever is greater, to all scale points
- A 2.25% increase to all allowances including qualification, promoted posts and role based
As this pay increase is backdated to 1 January 2024, arrears are also included in today’s salary. The percentage increases have also been applied to hourly and daily rates of pay. The impact of these increases on salaries is outlined in Circular 0033/2024. The next pay increase of 1% is due to be applied in less than a month.
