The pay increases, effective from 1 March 2025, include:
- A 2% increase, or a minimum of €1,000, to all salary scale points
- A 2% increase to all allowances, including qualification and promoted post allowances
These percentage increases have also been applied to hourly and daily pay rates.
Members should note that today’s salary payment reflects changes for 10 of the 14 days in this pay period (with four days at the pre-1 March rate). The full increase will be reflected in the next payslip on 27 March. Details are outlined in Circular 0015/2025.
A further 1% salary increase will take effect from 1 August 2025.
