On World Menopause Day, INTO launched registration for a free webinar in collaboration with The Menopause Hub. This important session, titled “Understanding Menopause in Schools”, will take place on Wednesday, 19 November at 4pm.
INTO is aware, through member research and Congress resolutions, that many teachers face real challenges in balancing the impact of menopause with the demands of their role in schools. This webinar is designed to provide practical guidance and support for members navigating this stage of life.
Led by renowned advocate Loretta Dignam, the webinar will focus on the impact of menopause and perimenopause on teachers and school leaders, and how schools can respond with empathy and practical solutions. INTO recognises the significant professional and personal challenges that peri/menopause can present and is committed to fostering inclusive workplace practices.
