An informational Eolas was posted to all members last week, detailing the pay agreement struck between the public sector unions (including the INTO) and government on new entrant pay.
INTO has received a lot of questions from our members on this deal and we are today publishing a list of our Top 20 Frequently Asked Questions (pdf) to help members better understand the proposed agreement as they make up their mind and ballot.
INTO is concerned at the large level of misinformation being circulated about this ballot. INTO has a duty to provide our members with honest, detailed and accurate information and we will continue to do so throughout the coming days and weeks.
