Following consultation with the education partners, the Department of Education and Skills has issued Circular 0005/2020 which sets out how breaks in the school year (Christmas, Easter and mid-term) will operate, and general guidance around school year arrangements. The Circular covers three school years; 2020-’21, 2021-’22 and 2022-’23.
