The Department of Education and Skills has informed INTO that schools are currently being notified of decisions regarding applications for CIDs. A number of schools were notified last week with the remaining schools to be notified this week.
Any appeal of the refusal to grant a CID or with the terms of the contract of the CID (if awarded) must be made within 4 working weeks from the date of notification. The adjudication process is outlined in DES Circular 0030/2018.
