Fighting Words: Creative Writing Project

Fighting Words is a creative writing centre established by Roddy Doyle and Sean Love. Inspired by 826 National in the United States, Fighting Words is located on Behan Square, Russell Street, Dublin 1 with Fighting Words Belfast located at Skainos Square, 241 Newtownards Road, Belfast.

Fighting Words helps students of all ages to develop their writing skills and to explore their love of writing.

Fighting Words – in partnership with Fighting Words NI – is launching a project to draw together a collection of writing reflecting the experiences, thoughts and ideas of frontline workers and their families during this time.

INTO members may be interested in participating in this creative writing project and encouraging their pupils to do so too.

For further information the Fighting Words Belfast website can be accessed here.
