High volume of queries

The INTO query system has experienced a very high volume of queries this week, and as such there are delays in responding to members. We appreciate that members have multiple queries about returning to school and we are working to assist members in this regard. INTO has taken steps to increase staffing on our query team from Monday. We can confirm that all queries will be responded to and we ask members to bear with us while we work through the current backlog.

Members are reminded that all available information related to the reopening of our schools is available on our INTO COVID-19 Support Hub which we are updating on a regular basis.
