Members urged to visit website before submitting query

The Irish National Teachers’ Organisation (INTO) runs a QueryLine via phone, email and the portal for members. We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of member queries which is resulting in delays responding to members. We have put additional resources in place, including staffing, to support this service.

Our website contains a wealth of information for members, updated frequently to reflect the latest advice. Members are requested to search the Help and Advice section to see if you can find the answer to your query there. For questions not covered in the Help and Advice section, or to make any other queries, members should continue to contact us to log their query.

We would ask members to consider logging queries through the online portal facility and by giving relevant details of their query.
