Equality

The INTO promotes and encourages the principle of equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of its work within the education sphere and in the teaching profession. The Legal, Industrial Relations and Equality section in collaboration with the INTO Equality Committee oversees actions and projects to help achieve the aim of equality, diversity and inclusivity among teachers; and the development of teaching and learning policies and practices that respects and provides for difference among pupils.
