INTO Retirement Planning seminars resume for 2023 with registration now open for a free, one-day webinar on 27 January and a two-day, in-person seminar on 24 and 25 February.
INTO Retirement Planning seminars and webinars are delivered by a team of experts and are specifically tailored for primary teachers who are contemplating retirement. We advise members considering retirement to attend a seminar or webinar at least a year prior to their proposed retirement date.

Upcoming seminars
February – Registration is now open for our next Retirement Planning seminar which will be held on 24/25 February 2023 in the Tullamore Court Hotel, Co Offaly. To register, please Click here.
Registration begins at 8.30am and the seminar starts at 9.30am and runs until 5pm. On the Saturday morning, the start time is 9.30am and with finishes at 12.40pm. A €50 non-refundable charge includes all teas/coffees throughout the two-day period, full lunch on Friday and a light lunch prior to departure on Saturday.
May – Registration will open in the coming weeks for our May Seminar, which will be held on 12/13 May 2023 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, Dublin. Members are advised to monitor our communications platforms for further details.

For the face-to-face seminars, places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Matters to note
Some school computers may not facilitate the entire registration process. Therefore, we advise registration from either a mobile phone, home PC or tablet to ensure registration is completed successfully.
Attendance at our Seminars/Webinars
As per DE Circular 32/07 Teacher Absences, one-day (only) with substitute cover is provided to attend a retirement planning seminar or webinar. Prior approval of the Board of Management/ETB is necessary. Proof of attendance is required for your Board. Email confirmation for registration is sufficient proof. Please note, one day’s leave for this purpose can only be taken once during a member’s career.
