INTO Staff Rep Course
INTO’s newly updated Staff Reps Course is now available for enrolment.
This online course includes four modules, each exploring Staff Representative’s Roles and Responsibilities, INTO Structures, Teacher Employment Terms and Conditions, and Managing Workplace Relations. Advice is provided on talking to non-members about joining, managing an INTO ballot or an INTO directive and on how best to support members who might find themselves in difficulty.
All staff reps who complete the course before the deadline of Monday 3rd April will be able to avail of an INTO online summer course for a reduced rate of €25.
