Industrial Action: Phase 4 from 8am Monday 3 April

The employers have been notified that in addition to the continuous Phase One and Phase Two Action Short of Strike begun on 17 October 2022, 1 November 2022, and Wednesday 4 January 2023; from 3 April 2023, INTO members are instructed to undertake additional, continuous Phase Four action.

Industrial Action Update for Members

While INTO had the authority to move forward with taking a further day of action on Thursday 16th March 2023, following discussions with the other teachers’ unions at a meeting of the Northern Ireland Teachers’ Council a collective decision was taken not to proceed with this second day of action.
