The Department of Education and Youth (DEY) has today published Circular 0041/2025 along with the Updated Child Protection Procedures for Primary and Post-Primary Schools 2025.

Main redeployment panels came into operation this year on 12 May 2025. The DEY advises that there are currently 97 surplus permanent or CID-holding teachers on Main Panels for redeployment.
