INTO condemns threatened increment freeze

The INTO today condemned the threat to freeze increments contained in the government’s Public Service Pay and Pensions Bill 2017 which passed through the Dáil this week. The legislation provides for increment freezes for groups not covered by the Public Service Stability Agreement (PSSA).
