The Central Executive Committee decided that the scheduled two day Principals’ and Deputy Principals’ Consultative Conference would be a virtual conference held using the ‘InEvent’ platform – for one day on Friday, 1 October, 2021.
The theme of this conference was Sustaining School Leadership and we believe this was an important opportunity for school leaders to express their views on a range of matters. The Principals’ and Deputy Principals’ Committee conducted research with focus groups and one-to-one interviews in order to develop workshops on the theme, both in the context of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delegates attended two workshops and had the opportunity to contribute to the discussion groups on the day. The Keynote speaker was Declan Coyle, internationally renowned consultant in leadership development.
Registration is now closed and every delegate was emailed confirmation of their workshop allocation and a registration link to log in to the conference on Friday, 1st October.
