Circular 74/2025 (PDF), published on 19 November 2025, sets out the conditions and application process for access to the Supplementary Panel for recruitment to permanent positions arising in the 2026/27 school year.
The deadline for Supplementary Panel applications this year is 19 December 2025. The Department of Education and Youth will accept postal applications only, and late applications will not be accepted.
The INTO is holding a Supplementary Panel information webinar this afternoon, 25 November from 3.30 – 4.15pm. This webinar will be delivered by Ashling Lynch from the Conditions of Employment and Leadership Section, with input from Donna Kenny from the DEY Allocations Section.
This event is for INTO members only, and questions may be submitted through the Queryline following the webinar. A recording of the webinar will also be available online in the coming days.
