The INTO is pleased to announce a new Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) webinar series. In the coming months, there will be several webinars showcasing and celebrating exemplars of quality, excellence and innovation in ESD across primary schools.
Our first webinar will feature Paul O’Donnell, principal of St. Patrick’s N.S., Slane, Co. Meath and currently seconded to the CPSMA management body. Paul has facilitated many courses nationwide on bringing teaching and learning outdoors. He is also the author of Wild Teaching Cross-curricular Lessons Outdoors for Agoraphobic Teachers, published by Meath Co. Council and The Heritage Council. The book has been featured on the RTE Radio 1 programme Mooney Goes Wild, the INTO’s InTouch magazine and a recent NCCA webinar on bringing learning outdoors.
