Submitting Queries to Northern Office
Via Website Portal
The most effective and efficient method to submit a query to Northern Office is via the INTO website Portal by following the four steps below:
- Register on the INTO Website
- Log into 'My Profile'
- Scroll to 'Raise a Query'
- Save to submit

To enable us to more effectively deal with the large volume of calls / emails to Northern Office members are asked to supply their Teacher Reference Number when contacting us either by phone or email.
We aim to respond to queries within 2 working days.
