Working Together – Adult Bullying

This procedure is available in the Working Together document, revised 2024. It was reviewed in consultation with the Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work, 2021, in addition to the Code of Practice on Sexual Harassment and Harassment at Work, 2022 and accordingly is intended to reflect the principles and general procedures contained therein.
